Out of the box

The Pygmy Osprey 15' 8" kayak with hatches and bulkheads comes in three boxes. The biggest is 8' x 18" x 3" and contains all of the mahogany pieces for the hull and deck. To put it together you get a box with 1.5 gallons of Part A and .5 gallons of Part B which together make fiberglass epoxy; speaking of which you get about 45 yards of 30" wide 6lbs fiberglass mat, some 1.5" fiberglass tape, and a bunch of hardware and fittings necessary to put the boat together. If you get the hatches and bulkheads it comes in a smaller box about 2' x 14" x 2" with two precut pieces of mahogany which in theory should fit inside of the the hull once completed. The whole thing looks like this:
It would be great if I had a Lexan topped work table about 6' wide 18' long to construct the boat on, but I don't. What I do have is two pieces of plywood, one cut length wise and one cut in half. But it works, I have already built one boat using this work space, so I can do it again.
